“We call on every RITM staff to commit to our core values and strengthen our culture as an organization, so that together, we could achieve our new vision,” calls the RITM Executive Committee during the relaunching of the OneRITM Onwards campaign, highlighting the new 11 Strategic Objectives of the Institute, on December 10, 2018.
OneRITM Onwards is the Institute’s integrative campaign strategy to ensure that the messages delivered across the RITM community remains aligned with the Institute’s united vision. It also aims to integrate the promotion of the ISO standards in the RITM organizational culture to ensure that it is reflected in the quality of service that the Institute provide to the public, while pushing forward the RITM strategic direction for 2019-2023.
“There is immense power when a group of people with diverse and specialized skills, in this case, the RITM community, work toward the same goal. Unity begins by building trust. And the only way for us to do that as an Institute is to overcome our differences and turn it into opportunities. The strength of RITM is in each employee, and the strength of each employee is RITM,” says, RITM OIC Director, Dr. Celia Carlos, in her message to the employees.
The OneRITM Onwards campaign is spearheaded by the Communication and Engagement Office, Quality Assurance Office, Human Resources Department, and the Planning Office. To forward the campaign, the Management is set to distribute campaign materials and implement human resources activities including mixed groupings during flag ceremony, staff recognitions, and capacity building activities, among many others.
