The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine hereby invites all interested parties to bid for the sale of one (1) lot Unserviceable Vehicle & Equipment for cash to the highest bidder as per attached list.

                    Minimum Bid Price: P 454,000.00

Interested parties may inspect the units and secure bid form from Ms. Juvy L. Leyesa, Materials Management Department, Research Institute for Tropical Medicine from January 25 – February 5, 2021.

Deadline for the submission of sealed bids is on February 5, 2021 at exactly 1:30PM

The Committee on Disposal of Unserviceable Property and Equipment reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to annul the bidding process any time prior to the award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders of the grounds for the RITM’s action
