1. The training is first come first served basis (first 25 only). Also, slot is limited to (1) one participant only per laboratory/hospital. We reserve the slot of the participant once payment has been made in cash or in cheque. If cheque, payable to RESEARCH INSTITUTE FOR TROPICAL MEDICINE

2. Payment instructions will be sent through LDIS after verification of the application. Please note that no training application will be accepted except thru RITM LDIS.
