We, in RITM, recognize that the diversity of our people is one of our strengths — with combined talents, expertise, and backgrounds, RITM successfully performs its wide-array of functions.
The Communication and Engagement Office (CEO) and the Human Resource Department (HRD) of RITM, launched the OneRITM campaign with the theme “Nagkakaisang pamilya, Sama-samang nangunguna” on December 2015 in an effort to facilitate a more efficient and more productive working relationships among its employees. The campaign aims to give the employees a sense of unity at the workplace, and a sense of belonging to a family—the RITM family—through various activities promoting collaboration and active participation.
Through OneRITM, the Institute commits to boost unity and camaraderie among its workforce in a bid to strengthen its service to the country’s public health.
