Accounting Department

This office processes and records financial transaction and ensures that such are in accordance with the National Government Accounting System and generally accepted accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

Budget Department

This office handles the budget cycle processes from budget preparations up to budget accountability. It also handles the processing and control of allotments and obligations and coordinates with Budget Division of the Department of Health (DOH) and the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) on matters concerning sub-allotment, allotment, budget policies and reports.

Cashier Department

This office handles the cash receipt/ collection/ cash/ check disbursement/ remittances of employees, contributions to Government Service Insurance System (GSIS), PAG-IBIG, Phil-Health, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and payment of employees’ salaries and benefits.
