Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday
Registration time: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Consultation Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

2. ARG Clinic
Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday
Registration time: 7:30 am to 2:00 pm
Consultation Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

3. Dermatology Clinic
Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday
Registration time: 7:30 am to 9:00 am
Consultation Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon

4. General OPD
Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday except Thursday
Registration time: 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm
Consultation Time: 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

5. TB DOTS Clinic
Clinic Schedule: Monday to Friday
Clinic hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

6. Diagnostic Imaging:
a. X-ray Schedule: Monday to Sunday
Time: 24 hours
Release of result: Wednesday and Friday

b. Ultrasound Schedule: Monday to Friday
Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Release of result: Wednesday and Friday (OPD patients)
Within 24 hours (Admitted patients)

7. Medical Certification:
Releasing schedule:

  • Medical certificate for school and office purposes
  • a. Within the day if request received by HIMD on or before 3:00 PM
    b. Next day if request received by HIMD after 3:00 PM

  • Medico-legal certificate, medical insurance, and for purposes other than above
  • a. Within 3 working days from the receipt of request.

Important reminder:

  • Request for medico-legal certificates shall be supported with Barangay Resolution.
  • Requested certificates shall be issued only to the patient, parents of minors, legal guardians, next of kin or legitimate claimants authorized by the patient or parents of minors.
  • If the patient is physically and mentally incapacitated, authorization to request certificates must be signed by the next of kin or legally appointed guardian.
  • Valid ID’s of both the claimant and the authorizing party shall be presented in claiming certificates and other medically related requests.

  • First Consultation Fee: 100.00
  • Follow – up Consultation Fee: 50.00

    Medical Certificate for Medical Insurance – 100.00

    Certificate of Confinement – 50.00

  • RITM Patient Identification Card (Orange Card – for patient with old record in RITM
  • Any government issued ID – for ARG patient
  • Senior Citizen Identification Card – for senior citizens
  • PWD Identification Card – for person with disability
  • 4P’s (Pantawid Pamilya Pilipino Program) Identification Card – for indigent
